Senior Manager

Description:

HCC is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Manager – Business Development to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a Master’s degree and 4–5 years of experience in business development, corporate communications, professional services, or technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business development and communication plans aligned with the firm’s goals.

Lead brand management initiatives and maintain a consistent corporate identity across all platforms.

Identify and drive opportunities in technology sales, including ERP solutions such as Odoo, SAP.

Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives and client engagement strategies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly in the technology and consulting domain.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s degree in Business, Communications, MBA, or a related discipline.

4–5 years of relevant experience in business development, professional services, or technology/ERP sales.

Working knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP) will be preferred.

Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work closely with senior leadership.
