We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Senior Manager – Pretreatment. The ideal candidate will lead operational excellence, quality assurance, process optimization, and team development within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Ensure effective daily operations by following Leader Standard Work, conducting Gemba walks, monitoring production vs. capacity, and maintaining smooth departmental functioning.
✔Drive quality excellence by setting and reviewing performance standards, analyzing reprocess/root causes (including 5-Why), and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
✔Strengthen team alignment through structured communication, task delegation, guidance to line managers, and ensuring KPI achievement across all processes.
✔Monitor and control resources by tracking chemical inventory/consumption, reviewing recipes, maintaining reports (quality, folding, KPIs), and implementing internal reporting systems.
✔Enhance operational efficiency by identifying process gaps, re-engineering workflows, addressing risks/issues, and coordinating maintenance schedules for optimal machine performance.
✔Build organizational capability by leading training initiatives, supporting talent development, managing stakeholder communication, and contributing to continuous improvement and new initiatives.
