Senior Manager

 

Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for leading multi-functional regional operations, ensuring effective execution of ICAP’s strategic and operational plans, and maintaining strong relationships with members, regulators, and stakeholders. These positions report to the COO/Secretary ICAP.

 

Oversee operations across Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Mirpur, Abbottabad, Peshawar, and Gilgit, ensuring effective execution of ICAP’s strategic initiatives and maintaining strong engagement with members, students and regional stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute operational plans with defined actions and timelines across regional offices in line with ICAP’s strategic objectives.
  • Supervise administrative heads ensuring compliance, internal controls, and implementation of ICAP policies.
  • Support ICAP functions including Examinations, Education & Training, Members’ Affairs, Legal & Corporate, Finance, and IT.
  • Represent ICAP at government and non-government forums.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, corporate sector, education partners, and government bodies.

 

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) with 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience in the role, OR Master’s degree holder from an HEC-recognized university with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Good understanding of the ICAP’s stakeholders, including members and students.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
