Senior Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior RCM Manager to lead and manage end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on and leadership experience across the complete medical billing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations (Front-end to AR & Payments)

• Manage and optimize medical billing, coding, and collections

• Handle provider credentialing & enrollments with payers

• Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, payer guidelines)

• Monitor KPIs, AR aging, denial trends, and revenue performance

• Lead, train, and manage RCM/billing teams

• Work closely with US clients to ensure service quality and revenue growth

Required Skills & Experience:

• Senior-level experience in US Healthcare RCM & Medical Billing

• Strong knowledge of:

• Credentialing & Enrollment

• CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS Coding

• Insurance verification, charge entry, AR, denials & appeals

• Experience with US payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Johar Town, Lahore
