Role Overview

You will own growth for e-commerce clients in UAE and KSA, from strategy to execution. You will build the media plan, implement tracking and attribution, build CRM workflows, lead creative testing, manage budgets, and report on revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on managerial role with IC depth, plus the ability to brief and guide creatives and analysts.

 

What you will do

  • Strategy and planning: Build market-specific performance plans for GCC, with clear targets for ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, and payback.
  • Channel mastery: Run and scale Meta ads, Google Ads including PMax and Shopping, TikTok and Snapchat for GCC.
  • Tracking and attribution: Implement GA4, GTM, Consent Mode, Meta CAPI, TikTok/Snap pixels, server-side tagging where relevant. Maintain UTM standards and naming conventions.
  • Creative testing loop: Define hypotheses, briefs, and weekly test slates. Test hooks, formats, and offers. Partner with creative to ship variations fast.
  • CRO: Review funnels, landing pages, and checkouts. Coordinate AB tests with tools like VWO/Convert or native platform experiments.
  • Retargeting and lifecycle: Build smart retargeting segments (1/7/14/30, VC95, ATC, IC, purchasers), run catalog retargeting, and integrate with CRM flows.
  • CRM and retention: Plan and optimize email/SMS/WhatsApp automations (Klaviyo, GHL, HubSpot), including abandoned checkout, post-purchase, win-back, and VIP.
  • Budgets and pacing: Manage daily budgets from 20,000 to 300,000+ AED per month across accounts. Control pacing, ramp, and seasonality.
  • Dashboards and reporting: Own Looker Studio dashboards. Present weekly insights, actions, and revenue impact.
  • Regional nuance: Plan for Ramadan, Eid, BTS, 11.11, 12.12, White Friday. Coordinate Arabic/English assets and localized offers.
  • Compliance: Maintain platform policies, product approvals, and data privacy standards.

 

Must-have qualifications

  • 3–8 years running e-commerce paid media at scale, with at least 1–2 years focused on GCC.
  • Demonstrable results on Meta sales and Google PMax/Shopping, with examples of scaling while keeping MER/ROAS targets.
  • Strong GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI experience, plus naming conventions and UTM discipline.
  • Hands-on creative testing methodology, from hypothesis to analysis.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar, feed tools, and basic CRO.
  • Comfort building Looker Studio reports and explaining performance to stakeholders.
