• Oversee daily operations for both padel and football activities.

• Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Lead strategic initiatives, supporting growth planning and development.

• Ensure smooth operations and high standards for all services and activities.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations, sports, or fitness.

• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Passion: A deep passion for health, fitness, and community-building.

• Other: Excellent communication and team management abilities.
