Berger Paints Pakistan Limited, a prestigious and long-standing leader in the paints manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join their Technical Services team as a Senior Lead Associate. This role is ideal for chemistry graduates who are passionate about product innovation, quality improvement, and hands-on technical support within the coatings and paints sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting product formulation, handling customer complaints with a technical approach, assisting in application trials, and conducting performance evaluations of products to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. The position also requires close coordination with internal departments such as R&D, Quality Control, and Sales to deliver effective technical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulation and improvement of paint and coating products.

• Conduct application testing and provide hands-on support for field trials.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to product quality and performance.

• Evaluate and document product performance across various use cases.

• Liaise with manufacturing and technical teams to implement product enhancements.

Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in Chemistry.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in technical services or product development in the paints manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of formulation processes and quality control measures.

• Hands-on exposure to application techniques and customer interaction.

• Ability to evaluate product performance with technical accuracy and attention to detail.
