Senior Lawyer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lawyer for one of our client base company in Gulberg,Lahore. The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal guidance, overseeing legal aspects of contracts and agreements, conducting legal research, and advising on compliance matters. They will also be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to provide legal advice and guidance
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in employment law and intellectual property law is a plus
• Law degree from an accredited university
