Qubits is seeking a seasoned Senior Laravel Developer with a strong passion for writing clean, scalable code and building robust web applications. As a vital member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Laravel-based applications that meet business goals and user needs.

You will collaborate closely with both front-end and back-end teams, as well as directly with clients, to define project requirements and deliverables. The role requires you to be proficient in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues, ensuring seamless third-party API integrations, and optimizing application performance.

Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and contribute to maintaining documentation and progress reporting to stakeholders, playing a key role in the overall success of the development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop, test, and deploy high-performance Laravel applications adhering to best coding practices.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects efficiently to maintain application stability.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.

• Optimize application performance for scalability and user experience improvements.

• Maintain detailed documentation and regularly present progress updates to stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

• 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP development.

• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API integration.

• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript for full-stack collaboration.

• Solid experience with unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects independently within tight timelines.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
