💼 Senior Java Developer – On-Site (Karachi) | Working Full-Time EST Hours | 7+ Years Experience

We’re looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our on-site team in Pakistan, working full-time EST hours for one of our U.S.-based partner companies.

This is not a freelance or remote role — you’ll be working in a fully equipped office environment with a local team, but collaborating closely with our U.S. counterparts.

What we’re looking for:

✅ 7+ years of professional experience in Java development

✅ Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)

✅ Full availability during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (UTC -05:00)

✅ Solid understanding of unit testing and debugging

✅ Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, scalable code

✅ Follows and promotes best practices — a role model for quality standards

✅ Experience working in agile/scrum teams

✅ Exposure to C#, Python, JavaScript, or a willingness to grow into these as needed
