Senior It Support Executive

Description:

PureLogics is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Executive – IT Asset Management to take ownership of IT asset lifecycle processes and internal support operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive IT professional with leadership capabilities, deep technical acumen, and a strong grasp on asset procurement, compliance, and cross-functional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets from acquisition to decommissioning

• Supervise and mentor the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues

• Handle IT procurement, software licensing, and compliance tracking

• Lead infrastructure improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency

• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues

• Collaborate with various internal departments for smooth IT operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, inventory tracking, and ITSM tools

• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills

• Bonus qualifications include ITIL certification and hands-on experience in vendor and license management

Preferred Experience:

• Vendor coordination and SLA management

• Asset rollout support for employee onboarding/offboarding

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks
