Position: Senior Manager – IT

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to shape technology strategy, secure infrastructure, drive digital transformation, and lead high-performing teams within a fast-paced denim manufacturing environment.

🔹 What You'll Do:
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals
Ensure reliable infrastructure, system performance, and support services
Lead cybersecurity, digital transformation, and IT projects (upgrades, integrations)

Ensure compliance with industry standards & data protection laws
Mentor the IT team, manage vendors, and oversee the IT budget
Continuously evaluate emerging tech to boost operational efficiency

🔹 What You Bring:
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in IT, Computer Sciences, or Computer Systems from an HEC-recognized university
Certifications (plus): PMP, ITIL, or relevant credentials

Experience: 10+ years in IT, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within manufacturing

Technical Know-How: Network Design, Data Centre Management, IT Security & Compliance, Disaster Recovery, Vendor & Contract Management, Cloud Infrastructure, Virtualization
