Senior It Manager

Express Media Group is searching for a highly skilled Senior Manager IT to lead enterprise-wide technology operations and manage a multi-site IT team. This is a leadership role for an experienced professional who can ensure reliability, security, and innovation across the organization’s IT ecosystem.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Ensure 24/7 uptime of data center, servers, storage, and Active Directory
• Manage and optimize virtualization environments across Windows-based hosts
• Oversee cloud-hosted email systems across multiple domains
• Lead network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls & redundant internet links
• Supervise IT operations across 400+ desktops and multiple locations
• Ensure seamless availability of key business applications
• Lead cybersecurity operations, including firewall management and endpoint protection
• Mentor and manage a team of 25+ IT professionals

🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & operations
• Strong expertise in networks, servers, virtualization, cybersecurity & enterprise apps
• Experience in a News TV or broadcast environment is a strong plus
• Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
