Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- participating in all departmental UGME / PGME meetings with effective contribution
- facilitating development, reviewing and conducting of all academic activities for the UGME / PGME
- invigilation in examinations
- initiating and participating in educational research in respective clinical department/s
- facilitating and developing or assisting development (depending upon qualification and experience in HPE) of workshops, courses, and other educational activities in Health Professions Education
- regular participation and contribution in DED meetings and DED activities (EGR, DED Courses, Workshops, Research Day etc.)
- developing leadership in area of interest in Education and undertaking research and publishing work
- contributing to Quality Assurance activities in assessment (question review and post hoc analysis) in DED and clinical departments.
