Simpl Talent is hiring on behalf of a leading consumer food brand with a growing digital and technology function.

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Technology Specialist to strengthen the data, tracking, analytics, and customer journey foundation behind digital experiences.

🔹 Role: Senior Growth Technology Specialist
🔹 Experience: 4–6 Years
🔹 Location: Lahore – On-site preferred
🔹 Remote: Candidates from other cities are welcome
🔹 Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
🔹 Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Audit and improve existing tracking setups
• Manage product analytics, events, customer attributes, and user journeys
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Support feature implementation and optimization across customer engagement platforms
• Ensure data accuracy across App, Website, CleverTap, Kochava, and other platforms
• Validate tracking and analytics before every release

What We’re Looking For:
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in MarTech, Product Analytics, Growth Technology, or related areas
• Hands-on experience with CleverTap, Kochava, GA4, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of event tracking, customer attributes, product analytics, and digital customer journeys
• Strong ability to translate business and journey requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
