Sheranwala Estate & Builders is urgently hiring a Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Head to lead the creative direction of all design projects. This on-site, part-time role requires an experienced designer who can align with the company’s brand vision while creating innovative and impactful visual assets for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the creative direction of design projects, ensuring consistency with Sheranwala Estate & Builders' brand vision.

• Develop and maintain cohesive brand identities for real estate projects, marketing campaigns, and digital presence.

• Design logos, brochures, social media creatives, hoardings, signage, and marketing materials specific to real estate.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver high-impact visuals across digital and print platforms.

• Create scalable and innovative design systems for cross-platform consistency.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, especially in real estate, architecture, and branding.

• Ensure all designs reflect professionalism, creativity, and strategic alignment with the brand.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, and creative direction work, particularly in real estate or luxury industries.

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects; motion graphics a plus).

• Proven experience in brand identity creation, including logo, typography, and visual systems.

• Understanding of marketing psychology, consumer perception, and brand positioning.

• Experience managing multiple projects and mentoring junior designers.

• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.

• Passion for design excellence with a keen eye for detail.
