🎯 Role overview:
🔧 Design and scale backend microservices for high throughput and low latency
📱 Build and ship React Native mobile features with a focus on performance and UX
🔒 Implement secure, resilient systems for banking‑grade fintech workflows
🚀 Lead zero‑downtime deployments and CI/CD best practices on AWS EKS
📈 Drive observability, monitoring, incident response, and post‑mortems
🤝 Collaborate closely with product, QA, and security to deliver production‑ready features

✅ What we’re looking for:
🧠 Strong Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js expertise
📲 Proven React Native experience
