Description:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient across both frontend and backend technologies, capable of working in a hybrid environment, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Build reusable, efficient, and scalable frontend components using React.js
- Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Maintain proper documentation of development processes and solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN Stack
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript is a plus
- Experience with REST APIs, JWT authentication, and middleware
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
