Senior Full-stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Technical Reviewer, you'll assess full-stack engineering candidates through live technical sessions and give a clear, confident view on whether they meet our bar. You're an experienced engineer judging other engineers — bringing the kind of insight that only comes from having built real software yourself.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Run live technical sessions with full-stack candidates.
- Assess hands-on coding, problem-solving, system design, and how well a candidate explains and defends their own work.
- Tell genuine ability from surface-level or rehearsed answers.
- Form a clear, well-reasoned judgement on a candidate's true level and write it up.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A genuinely senior full-stack engineer who can credibly assess other senior engineers — not a junior reviewing up. Real production experience (typically 5+ years), strong across modern frontend (e.g. React / TypeScript) and backend (e.g. Node / Python), and fluent in architecture and trade-off reasoning.
