Senior Full Stack Developer

Description:

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in automation and excellent English communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site role in Karachi, working the night shift to support collaboration with global teams.

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining full stack applications, building automation workflows, and contributing to a high-performance engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack web applications

• Automate backend processes to improve system efficiency

• Integrate internal and third-party APIs

• Collaborate with international teams and communicate clearly in English

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code

• Implement CI/CD workflows and participate in code reviews

• Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on full stack development experience

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js

• Strong background in automation scripting and backend logic

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases

• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
