We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with MERN stack and Firestore expertise to lead the core technical development of the platform. The role includes real-time logic, AI agent integration, and scalable architecture across both frontend and backend systems.

🔧 Technical Leadership

• Lead development of Multi-Agent Debate Engine

• Architect turn-based debate logic, session management

• Oversee Maestro Control Panel, STT/TTS integration

• Implement persistent memory and session continuity

🗄 Backend Development

• Design MongoDB/Firestore schemas

• Build Express.js REST APIs with OAuth2 Auth

• Implement conflict detection and contradiction logging

• Create JSON/CSV/PDF export functionality

🖥 Frontend Development

• Develop React-based debate visualization interface

• Create persona avatars and role-based UI elements

• Integrate WebSockets for real-time collaboration

• Design dashboards for conflict & session insights

☁ Infrastructure & DevOps

• Manage Firebase/GCP deployment via Firebase CLI

• Set up CI/CD, monitoring, and automated testing

• Ensure performance optimization and version control

✅ Quality Assurance

• Maintain 80%+ test coverage

• Perform code reviews and load testing

• Create API documentation and maintain production-grade code
