Senior Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable frontend code for our web applications, using the latest web technologies and frameworks
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to create seamless user experiences across various platforms and devices
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of frontend developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices
• Define and implement strategies for improving the performance, maintainability, and scalability of our frontend applications
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
• Develop and maintain coding standards and guidelines, ensuring the team consistently follows best practices
• Participate in the recruitment process by conducting technical interviews and helping to assess the skills of potential candidates
• Contribute to project planning and estimation by providing technical insights and expertise
