Senior Freight Broker

Outstanding Resource Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Freight Broker (US Campaign) for one of their Client Based in Gulberg Lahore. In this role, you will take on a key role in managing and expanding our freight brokerage operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the trucking industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with carriers and clients.

Responsibilities:

*Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

*Provide guidance and support to junior brokers, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.

*Work closely with customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction, address concerns, and exceed service expectations.

*Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of carriers to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions.

*Collaborate with clients to understand their freight requirements, negotiate rates, and provide customized logistics solutions.

*Negotiate competitive rates with carriers while considering market trends, capacity constraints, and client budgets.

*Address and resolve any issues or disruptions in the transportation process, ensuring smooth and timely freight movement.

*Ensure all documentation, including contracts, insurance certificates, and permits, is accurate and complies with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience as a Freight Broker, with a minimum of 1 plus years in a senior or lead role.

*In-depth knowledge of the freight brokerage industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.

*Strong negotiation and communication skills.

*Proficiency in using freight brokerage software and tools.
