Senior Flutter Developer

Tanbits, a fast-growing tech company based in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing Android and iOS applications using Flutter. This role requires an experienced professional who can work with advanced features such as Mapbox integration, offline maps, and data synchronization, and build reliable, high-performance mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about mobile development and well-versed in state management, cross-platform optimization, and offline-first architecture. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and real-world problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of strong development experience with Flutter

• Proficient in Mapbox and Google Maps integration

• Deep experience with offline apps and map functionalities, including data sync

• Familiarity with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX

• Solid grasp of mobile development lifecycle and performance optimization

• Prior experience with native Android/iOS development is a plus

• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams is an added advantage
