Senior Finance Manager

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the entertainment and leisure industry, is currently seeking a Sr. Manager Finance to lead its Accounts & Finance Department at the Head Office in Karachi. This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to lead strategic financial operations, reporting, and planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including international counterparts.

As the Sr. Manager Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. You must possess strong leadership capabilities, advanced SAP B1 knowledge, and a proactive approach to financial control and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and implementation of detailed monthly and annual budget plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals

• Conduct in-depth analysis of budget vs. actual financial performance and provide insights for cost optimization and revenue enhancement

• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements

• Ensure all financial operations are compliant with local regulations and company policies

• Leverage experience from a reputed Chartered Accountant firm to streamline internal controls and financial reporting processes

• Utilize SAP B1 extensively for data management, reporting, and integration with business operations

• Develop accurate and timely cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making and business continuity

• Oversee and enhance bank and cash reconciliation processes to ensure precision and financial integrity

• Collaborate with finance and operational teams in UAE to ensure consolidated and compliant financial reporting across borders

• Mentor and manage the internal finance team to build capacity, ensure efficiency, and foster professional growth

• Apply advanced Excel skills to automate and standardize management reports, KPIs, and dashboards

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• MBA (Finance) with professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in a senior finance or controller role

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

• High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

• Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments and regions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
