Department: Social Media Client Servicing
Reports to: Head of Client Servicing
Primary Functions of Job: Responsible to-oversee our client’s presence on a multitude of public platforms. The Position holder should create gripping content, analyze public feedback, and report on the effects of each key undertaking. Coordinating with the Design and Advertising teams for Content Creation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Create and post memorable and effective content to engage customers.
2. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies as and when required related to ads, campaigns of assigned Fashion Brands.
3. Engage other functional teams to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages to develop calendars.
4. Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
5. Develop content for branded marketing, social media, websites, and digital platforms.
6. Oversee the overall content strategy of the brand and identify room for improvements
7. Monitor users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
8. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity on monthly basis to discuss with manager for further disposal.
9. Train newcomers as defined on the job training plan.
Required Skillset
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Proficiency in content planning and editorial calendar development
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools
• Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement tools
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of fashion trends and the fashion industry is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in competitor analysis and performance reporting
Education & Experience
16 years of Education (Media/ Marketing), 2-4 years of relevant Exp.
