Rech International is seeking a Senior Executive – Compensation & Benefits to manage payroll, benefits, and compliance in a structured and performance-driven environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
🔹 Handle employee benefits including insurance, EOBI, and related coordination
🔹 Ensure compliance with taxation and labor laws
🔹 Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and cost analysis
🔹 Support salary structuring, increments, and benchmarking
🔹 Coordinate with HR & Finance on employee lifecycle changes

✅ Requirements:
✔ 3–5 years of relevant experience in payroll / compensation
✔ Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and payroll systems
✔ Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset
