Senior Executive

Description:

Cybernet is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive to join their Project Management Office (PMO) in Karachi. This is a valuable opportunity to become a key part of a leading telecom company, contributing to the timely and high-quality execution of various high-impact projects. The role involves working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales teams, customers, internal departments, and third-party vendors for smooth project implementation

• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution while upholding quality standards

• Manage and verify project scope changes, schedules, and cost variances

• Conduct risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential risks

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with project stakeholders

• Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate systems and tools

• Process vendor payments and invoice management effectively

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science

• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in project management or related field

• CCNA certification preferred

• Solid understanding of network and transmission media (guided and unguided)

• Hands-on knowledge of routers, switches, GPON ONT, radio equipment, VSAT/4G modems

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—for stakeholder engagement

• Strong command of MS Excel and MS Project for documentation and tracking
