This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Estimator GC based in Lahore. Are you an Estimation Engineer with expertise in US-based estimation? We’re hiring a Senior GC Estimator to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting construction projects from conception to completion
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed material take-offs and estimates based on drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Communicate bids and scope details clearly with project managers, supervisors, and contractors/subcontractors.
- Analyze design and constructability to identify cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and assemble bids/proposals for various contract types.
- Review tender documents and manage RFIs for precise bid submissions.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Manage risk evaluations and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
- Maintain a "Lessons Learned" database for continuous project improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of US-based estimation experience.
- Ability to handle all trades (GC + MEP).
- Proficiency in PlanSwift, MS Office, and other estimation tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Project management and supervision skills are a plus.
