Senior Enablement Specialist

 

Description:

  • Help build and support the sales teams as they learn to sell Motive Cards.
  • Build and nurture relationships with teams who support Motive Cards to ensure training content, methodologies and materials meet and exceed their needs & expectations.
  • Document & communicate procedures, best practices and results for leaders and sales teams.
  • Listening to calls, coaching, documenting gaps, listening to calls post-coaching, and confirming if coaching and general training is adhered to. Doing graded knowledge checks and following through on post-training assignments, and hosting call calibration sessions with drive call quality. Drive compliance by proactively calling out improper terminology used on calls .
  • Developing training content, revamping existing content, and creating collateral for internal use such as 1-pagers, talk tracks, and QRGs.
  • Facilitating ongoing lessons for managers to enable them to train their teams more with (1) product understanding and positioning, (2) coaching methodology, (3) what to look for in Cards conversations, and (4) how to convey best practices.
  • Facilitating sessions with reps directly for major updates in the product or workflow as well as enabling reps that are net new to Cards. Furthermore, be the POC for all Cards related questions and leverage resources to locate answers.

  • Extremely organized and excellent project management skills
  • Excellent speaking, interpersonal and presentation skills. Must be able to run the room.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Tech savvy & familiarity with SaaS
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders with different interests
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to manage your day in a structured way
  • Comfortable facilitating training sessions 8-16 hours per week
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and actively build solutions
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Experience with Motive Cards preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with/supporting sales or CS teams
  • Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, methodologies, processes, and best practices
  • Familiarity with SFDC
