We at Mall of Sargodha are looking for a dependable Senior Electrical Engineer to join our company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible to & execute the installation of BTD & general wiring.
- Will be responsible for overall supervision of electrical department
- Will be responsible to build a competent & skilled MEP team.
- Will be responsible to plan the earthing of the entire building of MOS.
- Will be responsible to plan, prepare & execute the drawing of electrical, mechanical & plumbing installations.
- Will be responsible to plan & supervise the finishing work of MOS.
- Will be responsible to develop a strong communication and follow up network with the contractors/vendors to finish the pending work.
- Will be responsible to plan & supervise the installation of chillers, cooling towers & generator sets.
- Will be responsible to plan & purpose a cost effective solar system installation.
- Will be responsible to plan & prepare the annual budgets based on accurate calculations so, that the management can derive service charges which will be charged to brands.
- Will be responsible for planning of laying the electrical cable throughout the project.
- Will be responsible to plan & supervise the installation of transformers, BTD & electric panels.
- Will be responsible to plan & develop the command room, closely work with the contractor for security equipment’s installation so that a complete command & control room can be developed.
- Will be responsible to plan & supervise the installation of prepaid electric meters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Extensive practical experience.
- Practical experience with CAD software.
