Senior Devops Engineer

Aslase is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its forward-thinking, high-performance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate DevOps professional to be part of a rapidly growing tech company, working onsite in an environment that values innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of strong DevOps experience, with demonstrated expertise in containerization, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools. You will play a crucial role in automating deployments, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring smooth, secure, and scalable operations.

Key Technical Skills Required:

• Containerization & Orchestration: Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for container-based development and deployment.

• Version Control & CI/CD: Experience with Git and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment workflows.

• Cloud Platforms: In-depth working knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure, with the ability to architect and manage scalable cloud environments.

• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible to provision and manage infrastructure efficiently.

• Scripting: Strong scripting ability using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages for automation and system tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using modern DevOps tools.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development lifecycle.

• Monitor system performance and ensure high uptime across services.

• Collaborate closely with software developers, QA, and other engineering teams to align deployment strategies and ensure seamless operations.

• Continuously improve existing systems and processes through automation, optimization, and new technology integration.
