Senior Devops & Ai Engineer

Description:

We're opening our Lahore office. This is one of our first senior technical hires there, and the person we hire will help define how engineering runs in it.

Half the role is infrastructure. AWS, Aurora, Redis, queues and workers, observability, CI/CD, incident response, and security posture. Right now we learn about problems when customers call us. Fixing that is your first project.

Half the role is AI product engineering. You'll own one of our AI products end to end — concept to production, not maintenance.

You'll report directly to the CEO. No layers.

What we're looking for:

→ 6+ years running production systems

→ Deep AWS — you can debug connection pool exhaustion at 2am and explain why it happened

→ Strong Node.js; comfortable in PHP or willing to be

→ Redis, queueing, distributed systems fundamentals

→ Real security instincts

→ Hands-on LLM integration in production

→ Fluent English and Urdu

→ Twilio / telephony experience is a big plus
