As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in translating Beyond ONE’s global brand direction into high-quality, production-ready creative across multiple markets. You will ensure that all creative output—across digital and offline channels—meets a high standard of craft, consistency, and scalability, supporting global campaigns and multi-brand initiatives.

In your first year, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, production-ready creative assets across digital and offline channels for multiple markets.
  • Successfully adapt global campaign concepts into consistent, market-ready executions across brands and opcos.
  • Strengthen brand consistency and visual identity across all touchpoints through strong execution and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

 

In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end design execution, rollout, and delivery for assigned projects across Beyond ONE and Global.
  • Design digital marketing assets including social media creatives, app and web banners, emailers, landing pages, and web assets.
  • Design offline and trade assets such as POSM, in-store branding, packaging, posters, standees, and brochures.
  • Ensure all artwork is production-ready, following print and digital specifications.
  • Adapt global master concepts into market-ready executions across multiple brands and opcos.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all markets, ensuring a consistent visual identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, strategy, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Work with agencies on execution alignment, providing clear feedback and final sign-off on creative assets as required.
  • Support global calendar campaign delivery, ensuring assets are ready on time for all markets.
  • Review, quality-check, and finalise artwork prior to deployment or print.
