*Role Overview*
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building scalable, cloud-based systems and translating complex data into meaningful business outcomes. You will drive end-to-end model development and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Design and develop advanced AI/ML models including NLP solutions, LLM-based applications, recommendation systems, and generative AI use cases
- Manage the complete model lifecycle—from development to deployment and monitoring—using Databricks (Mosaic AI)
- Leverage Microsoft Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and Cognitive Services for solution development
- Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native AI frameworks aligned with business requirements
- Convert business challenges into data-driven models and actionable insights
- Build, optimize, and maintain robust ML pipelines to ensure scalability and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business units
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering technical growth within the team

*Qualifications & Experience*
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science and deploying machine learning models in production environments
- Strong working knowledge of Databricks and MLOps frameworks
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure AI, Azure ML, Synapse)
- Deep expertise in machine learning techniques, NLP, and large language models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
- Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Git, and Azure DevOps

*Preferred Skills*
- Experience developing and scaling AI systems in real-world production environments
- Understanding of ethical and responsible AI practices
- Exposure to vector databases and LLM monitoring frameworks
