We are seeking a Data Engineer with hands-on experience in DBT and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our growing data engineering team. This is a development-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building modern data pipelines, optimizing data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using DBT and GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.).
- Develop modular, reusable transformations and implement data modeling best practices.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Optimize SQL and DBT models for performance and reliability.
- Participate in data validation, testing, and deployment automation.
- Support CI/CD and version control practices for data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot issues across development and production environments
