We’re Hiring: Senior Data Engineer (Lahore – On Site)

We’re building the central nervous system for enterprise AI not another chatbot or automation tool. Our platform powers autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute complex business tasks.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect and own the entire data backbone of a next-generation AI system. You’ll join a small, elite team and build our data infrastructure from scratch the pipelines you design will directly fuel the intelligence of our AI agents.

What You’ll Do
Architect from Zero: Design scalable, secure data architecture on Azure + Databricks Lakehouse.
Build High-Performance Pipelines: Create ETL/ELT pipelines for massive structured & unstructured data.
Own the Lakehouse: Manage Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Spark jobs for reliability and scale.
Enable AI Agents: Build data systems that feed LLMs and AI pipelines (RAG, feature stores).
Champion Data Integrity & Security: Enforce governance, validation, and Zero-Trust access models.
Automate Everything: Use Terraform/Bicep and CI/CD for infrastructure and data workflows.

You’re a Great Fit If You...
Have 8+ years of experience in data & software engineering (Azure preferred).
Are a Databricks & Spark expert who can optimize at scale.
Have worked with medallion architecture and data systems for AI/ML.
Build clean, automated, and production-grade data pipelines.
Thrive in blank-slate environments and love building from scratch.
