Senior Data Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with the customer’s technical team to gather technical requirements such as performance, maintainability, and scalability.

2. Producing design documentation

3. Managing the approval and acceptance process for the designs and their implementation in cooperation with the client

4. Develop ETL ,Data Warehouse Business Intelligence solutions according to the requirements

5. Resolving ongoing maintenance issues and bugs

6. Monitoring daily scheduled jobs as well as performance tuning of transformation and jobs

Skills and Requirements:

1. Extensive knowledge of Data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL Writing,Busniess Intelligence and DB Optimization

2. Proficiency in warehousing architecture techniques.

3. Hands-On On experience with ETL processes using any ETL tools (Pentaho, SSIS, or Talend)

4. Strong project management and leadership skills.

5. Ability to write complex SQL stored Procedures and SQL Optimization.

6. Clear communication skills.

7. Ability to troubleshoot and solve a complex technical problem

8. Hands-on experience in the Integration of REST APIs using any ETL tool or language.

9. Experience with commonly used amazon web services(S3, Athena, Lambda, AWS)
