🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior Creative Lead – Animation
Reelax Media Limited is expanding its creative leadership team.
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Lead – Animation who can take full ownership of our internal animation & motion graphics team, set strong creative standards, and drive high-quality execution in a fast-paced video editing agency.
📍 Location: Karachi (Onsite)
🕒 Timings: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
💰 Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 / month
What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage the animation & motion graphics team
• Define creative direction and visual standards
• Convert briefs into clear internal execution plans
• Review and approve animation deliverables
• Manage timelines, workload, and production flow
• Ensure consistency in quality and storytelling
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years experience in animation or motion graphics
• Strong expertise in After Effects & Premiere Pro
• Proven experience in a senior or leadership role
• Strong storytelling, visual judgment, and decision-making
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
