Description:
As a Senior Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete content lifecycle and ensuring every piece meets international quality standards. You’ll work closely with leadership and marketing teams to align content with business goals, manage content calendars, maintain consistency in brand tone, and optimize performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities (Content A–Z)
- Own and manage the full content lifecycle: ideation → research → writing → editing → approvals → publishing → optimization.
- Write and review high-quality blogs, website content, landing pages, scripts, social media content, and marketing copy.

- Build and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.

- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, tone of voice, and content standards across all assets.
- Conduct content audits and improve existing content for better performance (SEO, engagement, conversion).
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and campaign alignment.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, content optimization tools) to streamline production while maintaining originality and quality.
- Track content performance and continuously improve based on insights and analytics.
Requirements
Experience & Background
- Minimum 3-5 years of content industry experience (content management, editorial leadership, copywriting, or similar).
- Must have experience working with international companies/clients and producing global-standard content.
- A reputable portfolio demonstrating strong writing, content leadership, and successful projects across formats.
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any field).
