Senior Construction Manager

Description:

Qualification: BE Civil
Experience required: Minimum 5 years in Senior/Lead Role
Certification: Project Management/Supply Chain/ISO
Areas of Expertise:
Infrastructure
Construction
High Rises
Other Requirements/Preferences:
-Able to lead projects independently
-Past Experience of Leading Infra structre and High Rise projects
-Proven ability to deal with consultant and contractors
-Proven ability to keep track of project development and make adjustment when required
-Proven ability to interdepartmental coordination that may include but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, Architect, Audit, HR etc.
-Local or Internation experience with reputable construction & Development firm will be an added advantage
-Certification in Supply Chain or Project Management will be preferred.
Salary Range: 150K - 225K
