Senior Compliance Manager

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi, Pakistan, for a Senior Compliance Manager. The Senior Compliance Manager will oversee regulatory compliance, ensure adherence to financial and operational standards, and manage organizational policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on local and international regulations, providing compliance training, and preparing reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, risk management, and financial laws
• Experience in policy development, process auditing, and operational compliance
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with excellent attention to detail
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in using compliance and financial software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• At least 7-10 years of experience in compliance or risk management
• Knowledge of Pakistani regulatory standards and international compliance requirements will be an advantage
