Growth Sync is looking for a highly experienced Senior CMS Developer to join our team. This is not a template-based CMS role - we are seeking a technical leader who can architect, develop, and scale robust CMS-driven platforms from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

You must have strong, hands-on experience in:

• Custom WordPress development (themes, plugins, performance optimization)
• Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix, and other major CMS platforms
• Third-party integrations, APIs, and structured data handling
• Custom UI implementation with a strong understanding of UX and usability best practices
• Website performance optimization and scalability planning

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CMS projects end-to-end, from architecture to deployment
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and backend teams
• Solve complex performance and scalability challenges
• Maintain clean, secure, maintainable, and well-documented codebases
• Ensure high-quality delivery standards across all builds
