Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business system analysis efforts by gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements from stakeholders.
- Facilitate business process re-engineering to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support and guide Agile development processes such as Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.
- Work with APIs, SOAP APIs, and ETL processes where necessary.
- Provide leadership and hands-on expertise in analyzing business operations and implementing business applications.
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of technical experience in the software industry.
- Open to Technical Project Managers, Consultants, and Development Leads interested in shifting into Business Systems Analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Proven experience working with international customers.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, CRM software, and related business applications.
- Client communication skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or a related field is preferred.
