Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Description:

Waada Digital is looking for Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, generating insights, and creating reports that support business decision-making processes. The BI Analyst will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop effective BI solutions that drive strategic objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that help inform business strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Create visually compelling data visualizations that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Marketing, to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular quality checks and collaborating with the data management team.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend enhancements to current BI practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of BI processes, methodologies, and findings.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BI analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
