Senior Business Development Specialist

Bilnow Services is urgently seeking experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Development Specialists to join our medical billing sales team at our Bahria Town Lahore office. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills with a native accent, as this is a mandatory requirement for this client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new business opportunities in medical billing sales.

• Engage potential clients through persuasive communication and professional sales presentations.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the client base.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and commission goals.

• Collaborate with the sales team and management to strategize and improve sales processes.

• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in medical billing or related healthcare sectors.

• Exceptional command over English language with a native or near-native accent.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work evening shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKST.

• Must be willing to work onsite at Bahria Town, Lahore.

• Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of PKR 150,000 to 250,000 based on experience and performance.

• Lucrative commission structure on sales.
