Senior Business Development Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and oversee the execution of large-scale OOH advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has deep industry expertise in Out-of-Home media (billboards, transit, digital screens, etc.), a strong client network, and a proven track record of managing advertising projects from acquisition to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development – OOH Advertising:

· Identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities in the OOH advertising sector (static, digital, transit, retail).

· Build strong relationships with clients

· Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.

· Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and pitch presentations to decision-makers.

Project & Campaign Management:

· Lead the execution of OOH advertising campaigns from planning to installation and post-campaign analysis.

· Collaborate with design, fabrication, media buying, and installation teams for timely and high-quality project delivery.

· Resolve client concerns and operational challenges swiftly while maintaining strong service quality.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).

· Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development and/or project management in OOH advertising or media services.

· Demonstrated success in closing large OOH advertising deals and managing outdoor media projects.

· Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
