Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with 4+ years of proven experience in generating and converting leads across multiple online platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of freelance marketplaces, client acquisition strategies, and sales funnel management, with a consistent track record of lead conversion and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Craft compelling proposals and pitch documents tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain and follow up with leads regularly to build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead and sales tracking information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in business development or sales, specifically in the IT services or digital services sector.
- Strong command of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
- Proven ability to generate, nurture, and close leads effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus.
