Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with 4+ years of proven experience in generating and converting leads across multiple online platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of freelance marketplaces, client acquisition strategies, and sales funnel management, with a consistent track record of lead conversion and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
  • Craft compelling proposals and pitch documents tailored to client needs and project requirements.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain and follow up with leads regularly to build strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead and sales tracking information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in business development or sales, specifically in the IT services or digital services sector.
  • Strong command of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Proven ability to generate, nurture, and close leads effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus.
