Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to enhance market presence and acquire new clients.
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant channels to generate leads.
  • Engage in cold emailing and calling strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored software solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continually refine strategies.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to represent Tech Stone and build a professional network.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the software industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating leads through LinkedIn, cold emails/calls, Upwork, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
