Senior Business Development Executive

 

Description:

This role is built for someone who actively works with LinkedIn prospecting, Sales Navigator, cold email outreach, and knows how to turn conversations into long-term client relationships especially with international clients in the Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing space.

 

What you’ll be responsible for

 

* Sourcing and qualifying B2B leads using LinkedIn & Sales Navigator

* Building ICP-based outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + email)

* Writing customized proposals, follow-ups, and pitches

* Owning the sales pipeline from first contact to closure

* Closing new business and developing existing accounts

* Managing long-term client communication post-deal

 

What matters for this role

 

* Real B2B business development experience (agency/services preferred)

* Strong command of LinkedIn lead generation & Sales Navigator

* Experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and deal closing

* Ability to manage multiple deals across pipeline stages

* Experience working with international clients

* Based in Islamabad / Rawalpindi (hybrid role)
